Request for settlement letter

Unsatisfied with their service, I paid up my account 2 months ago however I haven't received settlement letter. Prior the decision of closing the account, they would call daily and I fully understood however now they quite with my settlement letter 🙄 Can I please get my settlement letter @Tfg group🤔
