<p>To Whom It May concern</p> <p>I purchased a pair of Nike Mens Air Max Ultra Moire on the 4 September 2015. This was bought at sportscene online. I have been enjoying the sneakers very much. However I found a defect on it this morning. I will attach a picture to show you what I am not happy with.</p> <p>The 'i' in the air signage at the back of one of the sneakers has just fallen off.</p> <p>I understand that this sneakers are one year old, but what my concern is that I paid R1499 for an inferior product. It does not make logical sense that this would just fall off. what is the quality of the stock that you supply your customers with.</p> <p>Are these sneakers even real. I know there are quite alot of knock offs going around, but what is strange is that the letters are just falling off the pair that you sold me.</p> <p>I would like a senior person to please contact me so that I can understand this. This is completely disgusting. I have been wearing Nikes for years and this has never ever happened before. I actually still have nikes in my cupboard that are years old and that never lost there signage.</p> <p>It makes no sense for me to continue wearing them as people will think I am wearing ****s sneakers. This is really disappointing. especially for the amount of money we as customers pay you</p>
