Refund - P***

Good Day

On the 21st of May i took an item back to Sportscene in Parow. I had ordered a PUMA dress online and i was not satisfied with the colour of the dress, so i took it to Sportscene in Parow as return. They accepted the dress and i signed the receipt. 2 weeks went by and the item was still not refunded to my account so i went back to SportScene in Parow and a consultant by the name of Olivia assisted me. She was very pleasant and professional and gave me assurance that this will be sorted.

Last week another consultant called me and said the money will be refunded and reflect on my account by Friday. Its still not refunded. Can i please have that refund, i shouldn't have to go to these lengths, its been a full month, that is not acceptable.

The dress number or code is ***4

Please rectify this as soon as possible and pay the money back into my account.
