Refund

I would like to express poor service from sportscene baywest PE, where I bought a leggings online, I return the tight for an exchange still could not find the size instore, I then requested for refund, they told me the person responsible for cash refund is at lunch, mind you I could not wait as I was using my lunch time to go to the store, they told me they will transfer it through my bank till this day it has not been refunded, it's a month now since I hv been waiting for my refund, I went to the to enquire why my money is nt in my account they told me they have to send my copy of bank statement as well as the slip, I'm in need of my money.
