Good day

Three months ago myself and my daughter got a pair of Redbat jeans as a gift from a friend visiting from abroad. We went to the Cape Town Waterfront branch and purchased it there. I could not believe my eyes when my daughter jeans ripped a month ago and my material is starting to fray at one of the back pockets. These jeans is very expensive and for it to be able to rip in three months shows to me that the quality of these jeans is not of a high standard. I have had a pair of Levi Jeans for more than 4 years and there is no sign that it is about to rip.

I am so disappointed and don’t think I will ever purchase or advise anyone to buy Redbat clothing. The other thing is we got this as a gift so we don’t have any proof of purchase, so there goes R1100 down the drain should I have purchased it myself. I feel so ******.

Hope you guys can really improve the quality or you will be losing loads of clients.
