Redbat dress torn. Bad quality

I purchasedb2 dresses for mt daughter for xmas. Same dresses totally differentaterials. The one had the dress in for an hour and there it ripped. Totally dissapointing. I swear its like she took a scissor to cut the dress. My daughter is also very dissapointed as we always buy redbat dresses but this one was the ultimate
