Redbat backpacks continue to disappoint

I continue to hope that Redbat backpacks would improve in quality and durability but I'm sadly disappointed every time. My last purchase was January and already the zip and seam is broken. Same issue with the last 3 I've purchased. Beautiful yes, but doesn't match the standards of previous standards of Foschini Group. I bought the last one at Bash and didn't even receive the pouch.
