Redbad Quality at Sportscene

I purchased a Redbat sweater from the store in Sandton City. I wore it only once and hand-washed it inside-out. Once it was dry, I noticed that the print was peeling off at the back of the top. This top was not even ironed. The print just disintegrates when it water.

I paid just under R500 for this sweater, which is alot of money for something of such poor quality! I am extremely disappointed. I can’t even wear it again because it now looks like a cheap Redbat knock-off!

I would never expect a store like Sportscene to even be stocking such poor quality apparel, and I’m a loyal customer, hence my disappointment.

I have attached pictures of the damage & hope that I will be assisted in this regard.

I have sent numerous emails to ********** which have been ignored.
