I called in yesterday and spoke to a rude Jessica querying the sms I got about a certain R52 that I am owing all of a sudden,she told me about added services that I never asked for,I paid off my account in February for a reason,she was rude and spoke over me,I requested for her manager little did I know that I was gonna be put on mute,how unprofessional? As if that was not enough she dropped the call and left a note saying I hang up,seriously in this retrenchment that we are facing in S.A people still play with their jobs like that ? I demand a letter of apology and remove that R52 off my account by the 1st August before its affects my credit profile
