R50 extra for shoes worth 3500

Sportscene Sandton employees don’t care at all about customer service and customer experience, I have had two encounters where I wanted to purchase sneakers I’m being told to pay an extra R50 to get them because they kept them aside for themselves and I the man who was saying all this said I should be and negotiate for them , if this is what your employees do on the side you’ll lose clientele.
