R25 VOUCHER, REALLY?????

23/12/15 I placed an online order and opted for express delivery. Surprise surprise my delivery was not in my hands in the stipulated time. I sent in an email and i was informed that I will get a refund back for my delivery. 2 weeks later i get my delivery. when I inquired about my refund i was just informed that i will get a R25 online shopping voucher. when I protested that I don't want the R25 voucher because it is of no use to me nobody else decided to get back to me regarding my refund. Like this is just annoying because I had to run after you guys to find out about my delivery and everytime i did, I kept on getting the same answer for 2WEEKS!!!!! and now when you have to refund me back you guys are no where to be found and expect me to accept this R25 voucher. like what must I do with it?what do I buy with it? I DON'T WANT IT!!!why must I the customer suffer for the wrong doings of your couriers?
