R20K Holiday Voucher. No luck. CPA Next.

I Received a message from Sportscene stating the exact following:

"Your festive treat. Unlock ur Secret voucher code *************** worth up to R20,000 @ any SPORTSCENE or TFG brand til 24Dec(no purchase needed)! OptoutStop"

I went to the Eastgate branch on the 03/12/17 @ 13:00 they wouldn't help me behind the counter because the chap said to me 'You need to purchase to enter' so there is false advertising. When I contacted TFG today they said they have no collection of my account, yet I have a card and received this text.

I am extremely upset & am going to the CPA for false advertising on this one as I should never have received this in the first place, even if there is no collection of my account you as a brand are then spamming me.

This is a violation of false advertising.

P.S - You guys seriously need to get better copy writers for your text campaigns. You are going to have a ton of problems! Try some emojis too they work quite well....
