Prescription/Closure Letter

Good day,

Im trying to get a Prescription/Closure letter from Sportscene since January this year but up until today i get sent back and forth.

I was advised that i am liable for this amount but this account no longer reflects on any of my Credit reports.

According to the NCR regulations if a debtor has not paid his account in three(3)years or more then the account is Prescribed.

This account no longer shows on my credit report either. I got my latest credit report last month from compuscan and xds and this account is not on either credit reports.

I need to get this letters asap.
