Poor store environment

I Walked into the store (Clearwater Mall) and was greeted with Loud, vulgar, insulting rap music. Since when is it expectable for a store to play music where words such as F***** and D*** and words that express explicit violence. At my age, 35, and the fact that I am a Rap fan, I shouldn't be offended but I was. There were customers with young kids in the store who just walked out. So did I. Anyway, I got the Nike tracksuit for my wife at Cross trainer since no one even helped me while I was picking up tracksuits that were laying on the floor. Your customer experience in Sportscene and Totalsport stores are becoming extremely poor. I will not shop there again. If they have something I want, I will go to another brand shop to order it or get it online. Simple.
