Poor services and I competency

I bought an item online and it was due for delivery. I did not receive my item but when I check the online status it indicates that the item was delivered. I spoke to 6 different agents and everyone gives a different story. I mean can't this situation be resolved?. No one can tell me when and where the item will be delivered. ***********!!
