Poor service even from head office

called one of your complaints department I made an eft of R700.. 24 of Feb 2021 but received sms stating that am owing I sent the proof of payment to the finance department ask them to call me back to see if amount is there.. Decide to print bank statement to go to one of your stores at Sportscene in Alex mall..helping I get helped but no help insist the cashier was rude and not helpful the cashier name was Silence.. Another lady came and intervene not sure if she the manager.. Am so disappointed.. And time wasting I was suppose to by at work but running up and down printing bank statements and the cost me.. And still not get help.. Can someone call me back.. My contacts are ***
