Poor service at sportscene station square

What's a poor service I received at sportscene station square where the staff were not friendly working as they doing me a favour.they we're all seated at front door I have to go back to them every time to ask for size and they told me it's not there and went back to their side and I have to go again to ask them again I know it have been a hectic time but customers service must not lack coz we are source of their income I really got irritated because I am a customer and my voucher was not reedemed due the attitude.
