poor service and unprofessional

I walked into Markham carton centre hell of noise staff all the place no one I was looking for my order B***-01, I order on the 15th December today is 22nd till to date now I have not received. I went to Sport scene in Carlton centre same unprofessional behaviour high volume of music like a party customers were complaining of the noise. please do something about the unprofessional behaviour its a like a shebeen.
