Poor Service and Dishonesty from TFG call center

I ordered a sneaker during a lockdown sale which was on the 9th of April, which was during lockdown and I understood that my order was taken and that it will be delivered after level 4 regulations were ammended, after me calling them 4 times requesting for my orders to be delivered and what's the status of my order yet the TFG customer services **** to me on all occasions when I contacted them, agents by the name of Lynn and Leone in the call center were very rude and gave me unprofessional advice ;that my order was taken by couriers and will be delivered by the date that was emailed to me which was the 24th of May, but I received nothing at all. I then called again and spoke to someone who really helped but didn't resolve the issue that my order was taken by Vaal Mall Sportscene when I had ordered and they didn't notify me that the shoe was sold out regionally and the agents at the call center **** about the ordered being with couriers and it will be delivered. I was pulled and pushed around the delivery of my shoe that it will be at my home 2 days later everytime I called. This unprofessional behavior and lies spoken was very ridiculous and unruly. This is where I suggest to not order online from any TFG stores to avoid disappointment and the same issues I faced and I feel this message should be passed on. Thank you
