Poor service

It's just so mind draining while it was supposed to be very easy and convenient, I've ordered clothes on TFG app where things were from different shops, now I have received some of my orders and 2 of fochini (shoes) order it's not there, I've spent almost 3 hours in a shop waiting 4 this 2b resolved but nothing, calling customer care every day they're keep asking me samething of which it doesn't have solution, or not even getting feedback. Because they say my order was delivered but sportscene Fourways Mall they don't have the order, and n they also called me said they can't find it. I want the shoes not the refund as some they've suggested.
