Poor service

Sportscene services is very bad I can't believe I actually have an account with them,,,, when you owing them they call you like a mad person,,,, I called them on Monday just for a simple settlement letter which I was told I will receive it within 24 to 48 hours,,,,, I have to make payments but today is Thursday and have not received any email from them,,,, I called them again today and the person I spoke to tells me that they have no notes of my call or request of the letter,,, I was asked to provide my email again which is of no use cause I needed it in the past 24-48 hours.... Poor service but when you owe they call you even before 8am.
