Poor Service

<p>I bought a cell phone on 21 Oct then used it a week gave me problems returned it to Sportscene Kolonade until today </p> <p> </p> <p>First I went to the store it was not returned</p> <p>Second I logged a complaint they phoned and said the phone is back they didn't return the battery from hisense big lies was manager promised to call them to courier the phone battery after a week I went back then different story that the phone has not returned hisense has problem with fixing phones thy take long to be returned. I am two months wuthout my phone I paid for no response from the store no follow and everyday when I go there i get different people. Is this a service we worth? </p>
