POOR SERVICE

I was very disappointed by the level of poor service at Sportscene Golden walk, I was there on Thursday 02/12/2021 collecting my online delivery, I waited more than 30 minutes for my parcel. The guy who went at the back with my ID to fetch my parcel disappeared for the whole 20 minutes I then ask the cashier to go check what is happening at the back because I had been waiting for too long well the cashier came back without my parcel. Apparently the guy who first went to fetch my parcel was no where to be found and they can`t even find my ID now they busy asking me again my name & surname after 20 minutes of waiting!!! they are so *********** and disorganized and it`s not the first time experiencing this kind of service at Sportscene Golden walk even cashiers were busy talking amongst themselves while assisting customers there`s so much disorder in that shop and I don`t think I'll ever go back to Golden walk Sportscene , the cashier that was assisting me was not even wearing his mask properly it was under his chin. His mouth and noise was not covered, they not even adhering to covid regulations
