Poor Service

I walked in the store on the 7th November 2018 looking for a Air Force 1 military green size 7 and i was advice that the product will be released on the 10th of November 2018 and that they only have size 6 on the Air Force 1 an i asked to buy the size 6 on the 10th November 2018 when the launch of the Air Force 1 will be released , i then went back to the store on the 10th with so much excitement ,only to find out that the Air Force 1 was put on display on the 8th of November 2018 and they were sold out , Hearing such disappointing news i then asked the manager to order me a size 7 and check with other stores if they have availability of the Air Force 1 and i got a response , telling me that they don't have size 7 they can only get a size 6 in that point in time , I returned to the store on the 19th of December 2018 only to find out they sold the last size 7 on the 18th of December 2018 The manager never request for my numbers to contact me when the product was available and even today the consulted did not even request for my numbers seeing me for the 4th time they showed lack of interest on my sale as an individual .
