Poor Service

I was told by a colored guy that works at Sportscene in Bellville that when, I made the first payment on my account that immediately, I would not need to pay a deposit on clothing purchases. So I pay my account and then decide to buy something, then after I take out my card, I am told \you need to pay R150 deposit on the shoes that I wanted to buy. I immediately dropped everything and left. Why do you tell us one thing then do another. I also have not received my contract, but a lady from their call centre told me that I would get it when I open the account. This is bad service all around. And its giving the whole TFG group a bad name. Not satisfied at all."
