Poor service

Hi I paid IBT for my legging at sportscene mall@carnival and I was told I will receive that legging yesterday however haven’t received a call from anyone and I’ve been trying to call the store the whole day yesterday but it doesn’t go through and this is the number I got on google. I need to know what’s happening
