Poor poor service and negligence

I purchased two sneakers online at Sportscene on the 28th of June, i received boots from Mr Price instead. I called them and they said I should give them 24 hours. I gave them 24 hours but no one got back to me. I called them again and some lady gave me excuses. I sent them an email then they responded with " that parcel will be collected and you will receive your refund. I waited that day and no one came, I went to the nearest sportscene store which is in Hartswater, the people called the online sportscene group. Yooh the lady on the phone was so rude that she said that she doesn't recognize my order number. I want my hard earned money.
