Poor poor poor service

I placed an order online on the 28 of June 2022 but I received Mr prince items on the 1st of July I was told I will get my refund until today I am still waiting and when I call your head office they tell me excuses. I am very disappointed on your service sportscene please pay my money back!!. That is money which I worked very hard for stop robbing people. I am super angry at your service and the organization as a whole
