Poor online website management / customer management
Absolutely terrible! Advertise sales online and then when you purchase product you get an email days later saying no stock! When checking with their customer care they advise they will investigate why their website shows stock when do not have product in their warehouse. 9 days later still Awaiting my refund/ money in account.
Completely unacceptable to run a business like this and tie customers money up due to internal mismanagement!
Will definately 2nd guess any product these guys advertise in future!
