Poor online service from Sportscene

Bad online service. I am still waiting for my refund for an order they cancelled before black friday due to shortage of stock on the sneakers I had placed an order for. I sent multiple emails requesting my money, they say the money is being processed but this today I haven't been refunded. I have plans for that money, I could have bought my child sneakers else where by now had they refunded me.
