Poor online service

I purchased two items online on 28 November 2019. Today I received an email from them stating that one of my items has been cancelled due to stock damage or shortages before my order reached their warehouse. How is that my problem because they had the item when I placed the order online? Now I have to wait for that other one item to be delivered, that is if they do not encounter the same problem like the first one.

I am beyond disappointed.
