Poor online service

I am very disappointed because for the 3rd time that I ordered something online my orders was cancelled. They give a lame excuse to say out of stock or damaged goods in warehouse. Online shopping is supposed to make your life easier you don't have to wait in a long queue but what is the use of online shopping if you can't get what you ordered.
