Poor Customer Service in Large

I Am here at Sportscene Middelburg mall, yesterday by before store closes I bought White Sneakers, Puma Brand only to assume the cut size is a bigger Wen I get to the house and the Supervisor by the Name of Musa refuses to exchange the shoes for Me claiming they have Dirt's nor been worn . He is so rude with attitude and poor Customer Service, ! I seriously don't hate hate the Store now
