Poor Customer service from TFG Sportscene

I had ordered some items from TFG Sportscene online and this was 3 weeks ago. I still have not received all my orders delivered to me. In addition, TFG always cancels certain items that are advertised and for sale, citing that they cannot source them. If you cannot source the items then why do you advertise them?
