Review for Sportscene – Pavilion Shopping Centre

I would like to express my disappointment with the service I received from a teller named Anele Mhlongo. Unfortunately, her attitude and approach to customer service were far below the standard I expect from Sportscene. It genuinely left me questioning whether staff are properly trained before dealing with customers, because the experience was unprofessional and frustrating from start to finish.

I value the Sportscene brand, but encounters like this give it a terrible name. I hope management will address this and improve the level of service at this branch.
