Poor customer service

On the 5th of February 2022 I was in Secunda Sportscene and I saw sneakers that were priced R1199 and when I got to the till it was R1699, I told the cashier that the price was R1199 and he said he is sorry there's nothing he can do as he has already rung them. I was very disappointed with the service and I don't see myself buying again from Sportscene. Mr S. Nhlapo ***
