poor customer service

Good day I am highly disappointed with Sport scene Online . I ordered Sneakers during black Friday ...3 pairs . However the pairs were not in the right state I expected. I placed order on the 29th November and on the 3rd it was delivered to my work address. However upon opening the parcel I found that the other pair was dirty and not what I had ordered. On the invoice I received it states the correct details but Parcel was definitely not new . It was wrong color and not to mention wrong size. and Today (2019-12-07) I received a dirty pair of shoes . which i am unable to exchange at the store because they believe i wore the shoes of which it never happened . I am very very disappointed in all this . The documents attached on the package were not even clear as if the ink is fading out.
