Poor customer service

Sportscene at Eastrand mall couldn't assist me when I asked for an IBT for kid addidas leggings when 1 staff searched and told me at Eastgate they have 5,but when she asked her fellow colleague he told her that I should go the myself as it's festive season and they will not answer their call.felt helpless as they made their problem mine,they did not go an extra mile to assist
