Poor customer service

did an online purchase with TGF around the 20th ,didn't get any joy with they service ,been calling its call center more then 5 time was promised my items will be delivered and we also discover was error on contact number of which addressed on the first call of follow up but most recently thy only responded thy cancel my order without any effort reach out with me
