Poor customer service
Last month I purchased sneakers online of which it took over 3 weeks to deliver of which I ended buying from another store,I then cancelled the order and sneakers where collected on the 10th it's now the 20th I ve still not received my refund everytime I call they tell me they will get back to me but they never do....????????????????????????????
