Poor Communication

Pathetic service from the TFG group. I placed an order on the 12th of August 2020 and I am still waiting for my item to be delivered. are they getting my item from Bangladesh or Taiwan????? What is the cause of the delay? what makes me more ****ed is the lack of COMMUNICATION. do I have to curse at ya'll to get some attention from whoever is ****ing up here?!! Do not provoke me please.
