Please train your staff, Wanita/Anita from Highland Mews 🙏🏿

Very disappointed by the staff at Sportscene highland mews... These people know that their offline, they let us stand in the queue for about 15 minutes, when we get to the front they don't take cash we must go to do a withdrawal and stand another queue, we were the only people in the queue why didn't they tell us that they are offline so that we can go withdraw money while they were busy with their paperwork

They need to be more professional, they need to do better, they even laughed when we layed a complaint , AnitaWanita need to be more professional. She even said she greeted us by hand ? We didn't see her how were we supposed to know she's greeting us 🙄
