i bought a jacket in July 2015 an a Nike Roche shoe in October 2015 and i returned both items because they were damaged .at first i was advised that the shoe cannot be taken back because i did not have my box and i went back home and i found the box along with the receipt and i was advised that the RM was supposed to approve the returns, i returned these items on the 03/12/2015 and i was advised that i would get a call and until today the item were not reversed and i have not received a call and have not been notified as to what s happening .<br> <br> I called sport scene in midestad mall and was promised to be provided with feedback on the 08/12/2015 and still no one has called to explain and i have no idea of what is happening even though the goods were damaged <br> the RM is supposed to approve and i am supposed to pay for items that are damaged and still be given a run around the service i am getting is poor
