Piet Retief Sportscene Poor service

I have the big Problem with TFG Card i get this Card in Sportscene Piet retief Branch then every Month they add R99 in my account without informing me with R99 they are adding in account is for what then if i do follow up they add Mobile Gigs and i didn't join this thing and now i am tired of this card because i must pay for something that i don't know
