phone repair

hi my name is Edwin Moseboa, i bought a blackberry Z3 phone,I used it for 2 weeks then,some evening the phone doesn't want to charge so I took it back to sport scene then then Pakiso the guy who assisted me by the time I bought the phone he said which means all blackberries have problems because many people returnes their phones back ,they say they gonna do a follow up he said we must wait for a phone call...it took a month they didn't get back to me so I went back at the store ,when I start approaching the door Pakistan saw me then he ran away ,I just felt so stupid thinking that is this the way of treating costumers at sport scene.Then after 1 month and 2 weeks they told me I must pay R1900 for the phone ,of which I didn't ruin the phone ,I want to cancell this phone I want my money back,,I can't pay for something that I'm not using I regret why I bought the phone at SportScene rather than going to vodacom stores ...#poor services
