Phone is not working after 3 days I bought, the store don't want to exchange it

I am ****ed with Sportscene 393 West Durban.

I bought the phone on the 01May 2023. And today is 03 May 2023. The phone doesn't pick network with the poor battery quality. I bought the phone because it a tablet and I want to use for work purpose and it's not working I am now left with a brand new phone that is not working even ,the battery only last for 3 hours and it's gone. What the purpose of having, buying a phone if it's not working. I can not compromise battery neither networking problem.

Today I went to the store asked them to change it and the Floor manager by name of Dhesigaw was very rude, he said they can't exchange it. I asked him to escalate me to the store manager by the name of Yasmeen she was even worse than Dhesigaw the floor manager they don't care about customer service, they were not willing to help,I waited in the store for Store manager for more than Hour ,no sympathy at all. They refuse to exchange the phone that I bought 2 days ago.

The wants me to take the phone to Vodacom and pays Vodacom again

I thought TFG is the best Retail with good customer care but I was totally wrong and I promise I will never buy anything at TFG
