Phone factory fault

Morning please assist me with my complain, I went and bought a phone at sportscene in Pretoria sunny park , that phone had a factory problem and i took it back to the shop for repair, a month later I went to check the status of it and only to find that my phone is still by the shop still not repaired so I gave them a chance 2 month later when I went to go check my phone was still there by the shop unrepaired . Please assist me in getting my phone repaired or refund back my money
