Phone ****** at pay counter - Sportscene Waterfront Cape Town

- purchased 2 x Nike Air boots for my boys - paid my account - in the midst of this, forgot my phone at the counter - went back to the store about 10 min later to check if they'd kept the phone, nobody had seen the phone - we requested that Camera's be checked but there was no assistance, for this - left details that they call us after checking camera

Issues 1. it's sad that as a customer I can't trust store to keep my belongings, if I forget it. 2. It's shocking that when we asked for cameras to be checked, there was no assistance in this regard. 3. Fact is phone was ****** from the paypoint counter, cameras should be able to pick this up.

Very disappointed.
