Pavilion sportscene puss staff

I have been through to the store on the 25th of August.....ordered a shoe from the pavilion branch it was suppose to be delivered later today but unfortunately the man the helped me doesnt know if the money bounced of my account or they cant get a hold of me I confirmed every detail and paid in sotre this puss of a man calls me and cant take swearing for his **** up ....my sons birthday is tomorrow and his shoe is non existent but you have staff taking money from people and correct details and we are forced to have a puss transaction because youre staff couldn't do there job properly and now looking for excuses I want a call from someone otherwise my lawyer will be taking this matter further as my money was taken and your 3-5 days has not been forfilled I have a record call with you puss staff
