Pathetic Sportscene Service!

I ordered 2 pairs of Crocs for my daughter's birthday and needed to make arrangements for it to get to Seychelles as that's where we currently reside. Not only did I receive the wrong colours, the sizes were incorrect too! I emailed customer care on Friday afternoon and received a response on Monday morning with no resolution. I immediately emailed back and have yet to receive a response! This has been a TERRIBLE experience! How does a company get both the size and colours wrong AND still not make the effort to correct their wrongs?!
